Last week the 10 year note rate lost 15 bps in yield, MBSs -89 bp in price. Traders and investors see inflation coming with high oil prices and the labor market worsening. This week the FOMC and Powell on Wednesday, given the present conditions Powell should have a lot to say responding to questions at his press conference.
Nothing of significance over the weekend out of Iran. US faces a major issue with oil shipments not able to get through the Straits of Hormuz.
