Markets under a little pressure this morning although not much. The 10 year note up a little, stock indexes slightly lower in early activity.
At 9:30 am the DJIA opened -19, NASDAQ -80, S&P -6, 10 year 4.38% +2 bps. FNMA 5.5 30 year coupon at 9:30 am -8 bps.
At 10 am April existing home sales expected at 4.05 million fell to 4.02 million; March revised from 3.98 million to 4.01 million.
At 1 pm $58B 3 year note auction.
Not expecting any major changes today. The stock market should trade quietly.
