Bond markets began better this morning driven by declining oil prices.
There isn’t any data today, Treasury will sell $58B of 3 year notes at 1 pm ET.
Tomorrow the Fed will release the minutes from the last FOMC meeting, most of what the minutes will show is already in markets.
